We look after every site we build.
A website is working infrastructure. It needs someone watching it, changing it when your business changes, and answering the phone when something breaks. That is the care plan. Hosting is included, and it is the smallest part.
What is included

- Cloudflare Pages, a global network with Australian edge locations.
- HTTPS with an automatically renewing certificate.
- Cloudflare’s firewall and denial-of-service protection.
- Source held in version control: always a clean, current copy.
Maintenance
- A static site has no server to patch or CMS to update.
- Monthly link and form checks.
- An annual performance and accessibility review.
- Everyday content updates, handled by us.
Monitoring
- Uptime monitoring, so we know if anything goes down.
- Performance kept under review.
- Watched by a real person, not just a dashboard.
Support
- Email and phone during business hours.
- A reply within one business day for standard requests.
- Same day for anything that affects the site’s availability.
What it costs
Monthly or annualFrom $160 per month, billed monthly or annually. To be plain about what that buys: serving a static site costs very little, and we say so. The fee is for the care: content changes within a business day, monitoring, the annual performance and accessibility review, and support from the people who built the site. Most small business sites fall between $160 and $280 per month.
What is not included
Scoped separately- Major redesigns or new sections. Scoped and quoted separately.
- New features. Scoped and quoted separately.
- Email hosting. We recommend Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Ongoing marketing and paid ads. Campaign management, paid advertising, and link-building are a different speciality; we will point you to the right people. SEO strategy and content we can take on, scoped as its own project.
- Third-party software fees for services set up on your behalf. We pass these through at cost.
What if I want to leave?
No lock-inYou can stop the care plan at any time, with one month’s notice. In our standard setup the hosting account and the source already live in your name, so there is no handover to survive: you remove our access, and the site keeps running exactly as it was. If we run your site from the studio’s accounts instead, we hand over everything: the site files, the source, the domain if it is registered through us, and clear notes for whoever comes next. The site is yours; it always was.
Hosting is the smallest part of the fee. The care is the point.
